No, we still own and will still be renting the house in Austin, at least for a while. We’re thinking about selling it in a couple of years to take advantage of the tax benefits before it runs out (something about if you live in a place for 2 out of the past 5 years you can count it as a primary residence and you get a big tax break on the sale).
